TECHEAD is seeking an IT support specialist to serve Navy and Marine Corps NMCI users. You will provide Tier 1–2 remote assistance, diagnose NMCI-related issues, manage CAC/PKI configurations, and perform AD tasks.
You will document incidents in common ticketing systems and escalate complex problems to Tier 3 as required. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and DoD 8570-compliant certifications (Security+ CE or equivalent).
