American Arbitration Association is seeking a Workday Analyst to configure, optimize, and maintain the Workday platform. This remote role partners with the AVP HRIS to support implementation efforts and ongoing operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of direct Workday HCM configuration experience, strong reporting skills, and familiarity with Workday integrations. This temporary-to-permanent position offers 25–30 hours per week at $50–$60/hour with a remote setup.
