Within the Data Quality organization, this position will primarily focus on various new Inventory system functions for Forged Fiber 37 in CLONES and Net Box. As systems and processes mature, this role is expected to expand into broader data quality responsibilities and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

• Manage intake and fulfillment of CLLI code requests through Service Now, including request validation, clarification, and customer communication.
• Assign, update, and maintain CLLI codes in CLONES (and related reference data) in accordance with established governance, naming conventions, and data quality standards.
• Create, modify and maintain inventory in Net Box as needed.
• Partner with engineering, construction, network planning, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate request completions.
• Track work through defined SLAs and operational metrics; document outcomes, trends, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
• Identify and help implement automation opportunities (e.g., workflow improvements, validations, system integrations) to reduce manual assignment effort; assist with requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and rollout support.
• As automation and process maturity increase, take on additional data quality initiatives and operational support responsibilities within the organization.

• 4+ years related experience with Bachelors Preferred Experience
• Fiber telecommunication background in planning, engineering, Inventory Management or project management in FTTx technologies, GPON, or XGS-PON
• Understanding of fiber optic networks, optical splitting, and GPON network architecture
• ISP experience with OLT/ONT configurations and equipment from manufacturers including Calix, ADTRAN, Nokia
• OSP experience planning, designing, engineering, deploying, and/or project managing aerial, buried, and underground fiber optic networks
• Knowledge of Service Now, CLONES, and CLLI codes; experience with workflow automation and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of Layer 1, 2, and 3 network inventory systems, with hands-on experience in platforms such as TIRKS or Omni Vue
