Senior Technical Program Manager at Baires DevIn this role, you'll drive complex technical programs across distributed teams, ensuring dependencies, risks, and milestones stay visible and under control from kickoff to delivery. Partnering closely with executive stakeholders, you'll turn program complexity into clear, actionable communication that keeps leadership informed and aligned. WhatYou'll Do:
- Lead technical programs end-to-end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Deliver executive-level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery.
- Support adoption-driven initiatives, ensuring successful rollout and uptake across teams.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
- Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
- Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
- Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
