We’re looking for a People Analytics Specialist to help shape how Embla Medical uses people data across the organization. In this role, you’ll create and maintain reports and dashboards, extract and analyze HR data, and turn insights into clear stories that support better business decisions.

You’ll join People Technology & Analytics Team and work closely with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels, including senior management.

In this role, you will work with the Director of People Technology & Analytics.

We are open to fully remote cooperation with candidates based in Poland.

If you prefer working from the office, you are also very welcome to join us in Szczecin.

• Owning the full reporting process: extracting data, building reports and dashboards, analyzing results, and turning insights into clear recommendations
• Creating impactful reports and dashboards to support key business decisions
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Working with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels, including senior management
• Building dashboards mainly in Workday, while also using other platforms where needed
• Supporting People Analytics, data, and reporting requests through our JIRA Workday support site

What do you need to succeed in this role?

You enjoy working with data and are motivated by turning information into meaningful insights. Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Workday report writing and EIBs. However, we are also happy to speak with candidates who bring solid experience with Success Factors or a similar HR system and have built reports before.

Most importantly, you bring strong People Analytics skills: you can spot relevant patterns in the data, translate them into clear insights, and work closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.

• Hands-on experience building reports in Workday, Success Factors, or a similar HR system
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Confidence working with stakeholders and explaining complex data clearly
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Proficient business English, as this is our day-to-day working language
