The Senior/Lead Acumatica Implementation Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. This role leads end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. The consultant collaborates closely with client stakeholders to analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and translate needs into effective Acumatica solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, providing hands-on system setup, coordinating data migration, and creating documentation and training materials for end users.

The consultant also mentors team members, contributes to best practices, and supports ongoing optimization and enhancements for existing Acumatica deployments.

• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes, identify gaps, and design effective Acumatica-based solutions.
• Consulting experience, including client-facing work, requirements gathering, and presenting recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with software implementation and project implementation, preferably with Acumatica or other ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills for leading workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Acumatica configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead consulting role, and familiarity with business process reengineering and change management.
• Professional certifications related to Acumatica or ERP implementation are a plus.
