An Enterprise Records Management Administrator will implement and administer enterprise records and information management programs s includes:
- Serve as the enterprise technical expert on electronic and non-electronic records management issues.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards, state and federal regulations, and best practices.
- Work to build records and information management governance and functionality into the enterprise architecture and to ensure systems incorporate records and information management principles appropriate to the records/information assets they support.
- Plan, organize, review, coordinate and collaboratively work with business units in establishing controls for enterprise records activities.
- Ensure that CAP personnel are knowledgeable and receive records management training appropriate to their needs.
