You will design and implement pioneering Salesforce Agentforce solutions that elevate customer relationships to the next level.

From strategy development to successful implementation, you will work as a trusted advisor to decision‑makers, leveraging your expertise in AI, automation, and Salesforce platforms. As part of our growing AI practice, you will help establish standards, best practices, and innovative concepts for deploying autonomous agents. Take ownership of impactful projects and actively drive digital transformation in an environment that values innovation, excellence, and team spirit.

• Deliver end‑to‑end consulting and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce and AI solutions for our clients
• Develop industry‑specific Agentforce business cases and present them at executive level
• Analyze existing processes and architectures to identify strategic AI opportunities
• Translate business requirements into technical solution concepts and own the solution design
• Design and configure autonomous AI agents
• Conduct workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts and support sales during pre‑sales phases
• Collaborate closely with project management, technical architects, and development teams
• Provide guidance to your team, share knowledge, and contribute to enhancing our AI methodologies

• Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation, ideally focusing on Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Proven experience with Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI and automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent‑based architectures
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus
• Knowledge of relevant integration technologies such as Mule Soft or ETL tools preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., AI Specialist, Agentforce, Data Cloud) are a strong asset
