TEKsystems New Brighton, MN is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Analyst to provide Level 1–2 support for Dynamics CRM and integrated applications. You will be the primary contact for business users, troubleshoot issues, mentor adoption, and document solutions within Service Now.
The role involves triaging tickets, resolving on first contact when possible, escalating complex cases to Level 3, and collaborating with technical teams to isolate CRM-originating problems and CRM-integrations.
