Blue Cross NC is seeking a Manager, IT Vendor Management to lead governance of outsourced relationships, ensuring contracts are compliant and risk is minimized. You will serve as the primary liaison among IT business owners, vendor service delivery teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
You will guide vendor performance, supervise vendor managers, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements to maximize value from partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree or higher and 8+ years in the field are required.
