Fivetran is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) to provide frontline technical support for dbt Labs customers across tickets, email, and video. This full-time remote role is based in the AMER-East region, with teams across Texas and Philadelphia.
You’ll master dbt Core, SQL, APIs, and the dbt platform, collaborate with engineering, and help customers resolve complex issues, while documenting solutions and contributing to product enablement.
