BMO is seeking an AI Penetration Tester to help shape how AI systems are secured at enterprise scale. In this role you will assess AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, and GenAI platforms before deployment, partnering with cybersecurity, data science, and governance teams to surface risks and improve controls.
You will design and execute adversarial testing, develop repeatable methodologies, and produce technical reports for senior leaders, while working remotely within EST or CST time zones.
