Position OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role at our Pennington, NJ office. This individual will collaborate with our Onboarding, Support and Development Teams to contribute to successful implementations and continuous support requests from our life sciences clients and agency partners. This role reports directly to the Customer Success Manager, works alongside 2 other Implementation Specialists, and partners closely with the Chief Technology Officer on platform configuration and technical escalations.
This is a great entry point into SaaS implementation and client-facing technical work in a regulated industry. The ideal candidate enjoys figuring out how things work and untangling complex logic. They’re energized by translating real-world workflows into step-by-step logic, building smart triggers, and configuring the system. They take pride in making things work cleanly and reliably—and in helping clients bring their processes to life in a scalable, intuitive way.
Key Responsibilities- Become a subject matter expert in the Speakcore platform, understanding the capabilities of the software, and how to implement and configure business requirements from our Business Analyst using the UI (e.g., workflows, triggers and appropriate conditions, security permissions for fields and lookup values, etc.)
- Configure the Speakcore system during both onboarding and support phases
- Create notification emails and the appropriate triggers so that they are sent under the correct conditions to support all business requirements
- Assist with implementing all the appropriate default values and filters for each new user type during implementation (e.g., dashboard widgets with KPIs, grid views, etc.)
- Build and preconfigure reports for various user groups in the UI
- Assist with importing client data into the system from defined data collection templates, and transforming client data into proper templates needed for importing
- Work with product team in monthly sprints to document both internal and external articles within the knowledge base
- Executing tickets in accordance with SOPs and SLOs.
- Implement advanced configurations in the database using SQL, as well as creating and editing JSON objects stored in the database.
- 1+ years of experience configuring complex, highly customizable enterprise applications or multi-tenant SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.
- BA/BS in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency with SQL and JSON
- Experience in Zendesk or similar ticketing systems

Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range
: $45,000-$50,000 per year. This range reflects our good faith estimate of expected compensation. Final pay is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
