UKG is seeking a Principal AI Security Architect to lead secure AI design within its Application Security Architecture team. This hands-on, research-oriented role defines how AI-enabled systems are evaluated, designed, built, and governed across enterprise-scale environments.
The candidate will research AI models, agentic workflows, and security risks, while producing reusable patterns, harnesses, and tools to accelerate secure AI reviews and ensure compliance with responsible AI practices.
