GovCIO is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a large VA digital portfolio from a fully remote position in the continental United States. You will lead UX strategy, standards, and enablement across product teams, partnering with PMs, UI Designers, HCD teams, engineers, and government stakeholders to embed UX early in SDLC and improve usability and adoption.
The role drives usability validation, supports UAT, and mentors teams in UX methods, accessibility, and experience quality.
