CSC is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for Corptax products to assist customers with server/workstation installations and maintenance. You will develop a high-level understanding of Corptax and Microsoft enterprise systems, triage inquiries, and provide effective solutions.
The role requires 3–4 years in software support, familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, SharePoint, and automation tools. Overtime and on-call rotation are part of the job, with travel not typically required.
