Top Dog Law LLC is seeking a hands-on IT Helpdesk Manager to lead our internal IT support in a remote, fast-moving environment. This player-coach role will manage a growing team while staying deeply involved in day-to-day support, ticket resolution, and process improvement.
Reporting to the IT Director, you will own SLAs, escalation paths, onboarding/offboarding, and the overall quality of support firm-wide, with a focus on security, compliance, and scalable operations for a national law firm.
