GovCIO is hiring a SQA Test Manager to oversee the testing strategy, planning, and execution across healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. This fully remote US-based role operates 8–5 ET, Monday to Friday.
You will lead a team of SQA testers, develop test plans, track defects, and coordinate functional, regression, UAT, and IOC testing while reporting quality metrics to leadership. Emphasis on collaboration across Dev, product, and release management.
