The Northrop Grumman CIDO Classified Solutions team is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Palmdale, CA location.

Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply, only if they are willing to work on-site.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee operational aspects of ongoing (deployment) projects and act as liaison between the Program Management Office and project teams.
- Effectively manage the cost, schedule, and performance of all tasks, activities, and/or projects/products assigned.
- Review status of projects and budgets, managing schedules, and preparing status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
- Gather requirements and work across multiple teams to support program SOW.
- Develop spend plans; track actuals vs. plan.
- Continuously communicate with customers, stakeholders, and all resources to support the delivery of all IT services or products assigned.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, meeting minutes, and executive briefings to Program Managers, sector executives, and customers.
- Create and present project status, including overall status, cost, schedule, current project funding status, and identifying possible risk.
- Project integration experience, including strong written and verbal communication; work well with cross-functional and diverse groups; presentation skills; and working with senior leadership.
- Facilitate effective staff meetings with focused agendas.
- Manage execution across the team, including task tracking and customer engagement.
- Lead regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, and resolution.
- Support CIDO management with Engineering Tools demand, utilization, and standardized processes for license lifecycle management.
- Possess the ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Be able to organize and execute tasks well and to a level of completion that creates value given vague success criteria.
- Have a positive attitude and be able to overcome obstacles well.
- Able to learn new processes and technical information quickly.
