Executive Partner, Enterprise Architecture & Innovation - Executive Advisory Global Leaders

About this role

You will manage a portfolio of 28‑30 clients, typically Enterprise Architecture & Innovation leaders reporting to CIOs, from global Fortune 100–500 organizations. As their Executive Partner, you will deliver value through regular briefings, on‑site workshops, round tables, webinars and by attending relevant Gartner events. You will coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives and challenges in the EA space, leveraging Gartner resources and research.

Collaboration with internal Gartner teams (Sales, Analysts, Client Managers, EITL peers) ensures value delivery. This client‑facing role requires executive presence, trust building, member retention, and contribution to growth through prospect cultivation, account planning, and value demonstration. The role is predominantly home‑based and involves individual contribution, administrative tasks, and expense reporting.

• 15+ years of experience as an executive Enterprise Architecture leader (e.g., Chief Enterprise Architect, CTO, Chief Innovation Officer, etc.) within a Fortune 500 company.

• Executive‑level experience in consulting, sales, or customer‑facing positions.

• Credible peer of global enterprise clients based on career experience.

• Modern technical and subject‑matter expertise in Enterprise Architecture, cloud architecture, innovation leadership, technology trends, ecosystem, and digital business transformation.

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).

• Critical thinker and problem solver, providing actionable, outcome‑based business/technical advice.

• Experience building relationships with C‑level executives.

• Ability to build strategic internal partnerships and influence change.

• Strong verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills.

• Competitive base salary ($160,000–$194,000) with annual bonus potential
