The SAP ISU Billing Consultant is a full-time role based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of onsite and work-from-home. The consultant will configure, maintain, and optimize SAP ISU billing processes, including invoicing and payment‑related workflows. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, performing testing, and supporting billing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to assess current processes, recommend improvements, and provide consulting guidance on best practices within SAP ISU. The consultant will also document functional specifications, resolve system issues, support change management, and contribute to ongoing enhancements and project implementations.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex billing data, troubleshoot issues, and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Billing Systems and Invoicing, preferably within SAP ISU or similar utility billing platforms.
• Consulting capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into system configurations.
• Knowledge of Business Process design and optimization, particularly in utility billing, customer service, and revenue management workflows.
• Experience with SAP ISU billing configuration, testing, and support; familiarity with related SAP modules is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail in documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in the utilities sector or enterprise billing environments is preferred but not required.
