Role Description The AP ISU DM (Device Management) with EAM Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Tempe, AZ, with some flexibility for work-from-home. This role focuses on supporting device management and enterprise asset management processes within the AP ISU environment, including configuring, monitoring, and optimizing related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, supporting financial and asset-related workflows, preparing and reviewing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and data accuracy.

The consultant contributes to process improvements, documentation, and user training, ensuring that device and asset management activities align with organizational standards and compliance needs.
Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting foundation, including familiarity with AP processes and asset-related financial controls.
• Experience preparing and reviewing expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Proficiency in journal entries (accounting), with the ability to reconcile accounts and support period-end close activities.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements in device and asset management workflows.
• Experience with ISU Device Management and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions or similar enterprise systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with onsite and remote team members.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to document processes and support end users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
