TELUS Digital is seeking an Amazon Connect Application Architect to join the CX Platforms team. You will design and hands-on-build complex Amazon Connect solutions, translating business goals into secure, cost-efficient designs on the AWS ecosystem and leading delivery with the team.
You will work across AWS services like Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, and DynamoDB, writing code in Python/Java/Node.js, with IaC via Terraform or Cloud Formation and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable deployments.
