Soapy Joe's Car Wash is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to blend corporate help desk duties with field troubleshooting across multiple sites. You’ll keep downtime to a minimum by diagnosing issues quickly and documenting solutions for future incidents.
The role requires 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel to sites as needed. A valid driver’s license is required.
