The Premium Auditor is responsible for conducting workers' compensation premium audits both remotely and on-site at the insured's location or independent accounting firm in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position also serves as a professional resource to other departments on Workers' Compensation and National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) rules, regulations, and classifications.

This position is responsible for planning, supporting and implementing information systems. The Systems Analyst performs high-level support and configuration of assigned applications. This position acts as liaison between the IT department and business units within the organization, working to elicit and define system requirements and turn them into technical specifications. The position uses strong analytical skills to help business users enhance operational efficiencies.

Facilitates collaboration between IT development, business analysts, and business units across the organization. This role plays a key part in the organization's ECM modernization initiative, helping transition from legacy platforms to next-generation solutions while supporting ongoing business operations.

The Underwriting Intern will learn about workers' compensation insurance and the fundamentals of the underwriting function. Key concepts include learning how underwriters assess employers' operations and hazards to accurately and competitively develop appropriate premium. The Underwriting Intern will utilize training, our underwriting guidelines, and predictive analytics tools to evaluate and service policies, answer customer questions, issue endorsements, and build and maintain relationships with our policyholders and agent partners.

This position is responsible for daily operations, maintenance, patching, troubleshooting of the computer systems, applications, storage systems, and cloud integrations that are used to support business needs. This position installs, configures, and maintains applications running on Red Hat and Windows servers, AWS, and Azure. The position will be responsible for email administration, setup and security;
Azure Federations;
Intune; DNS Servers;
Event Monitoring/logging; EDR toolsets; web filtering; multi-factor authentication; and other related technologies. The Administrator will assist with Disaster Recovery, certificate rotation, encryption management, and security controls to align with corporate policies.

The Technical Support Technician II's primary role is the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues arising from within the company or from external stakeholders. This position must be able to communicate effectively with end users of varying levels of technical sophistication in order to ensure their technology needs are met. This position attempts to correct all issues first or escalates to the necessary personnel.

Additionally, the Technical Support Technician II assists the Administrators with all technical matters pertaining to the maintenance of hardware or software. This position maintains the organization of IT physical spaces and both physical & software inventory.
