ServiceNow Developer - Remote

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Service Now System Administrator (CSA) required
• 5+ years of Service Now development experience
• Hands-on experience with Service Now Products:
  • Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Security Operations (SECOPS), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Strong experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
• Experience with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP API development (JSON)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Service Now scripting
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (certification preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred or equivalent hands-on development experience
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher) preferred
• Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered automation capabilities preferred, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to drive automation and efficiency
• Experience with bi-directional system integrations strongly preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years delivering Service Now solutions in enterprise environments, including CSM and ITSM
• Demonstrated success implementing automation and integrations at scale
• Experience supporting customer-facing platforms or service delivery operations
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
