Akumin is seeking a Field Support Technician to provide full-time, on-site technical support at our Plantation, FL headquarters and remote offices. You will manage the centralized call queue and IT ticketing system, deliver hands-on desktop and network support, and assist clinical systems and corporate applications nationwide.
The role requires an associate degree or 3 years of service desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 100%.
