Veta Virtual is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist to own Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and the telephony/CS stack for a fintech/crypto client. You will configure, troubleshoot, and drive data-driven decisions across support operations.
You will own dashboards and partner with leadership to prioritize improvements, while coordinating vendor rollouts and evaluating new Salesforce capabilities for the CX function.
