The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide Level 1–2 support for internal users statewide and external providers. The role requires handling inquiries, logging tickets, and routing to appropriate teams under supervision.
Responsibilities include maintaining ticket data, answering common questions, and helping improve the knowledge base. A driver’s license and an associate degree plus 1–3 years in desktop support are preferred.
