If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving business challenges with technology, and love collaborating with people across an organization, we'd love to meet you About the Role In this role, you'll partner with teams across more than 100 branch locations and our home offices to understand business needs, improve processes, and help design technology solutions that create a better experience for our teammates, clients, and internal employees.

What You'll DoAs an IT Solutions Specialist, you'll help bridge the gap between business operations and technology by:

Partnering with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, workflows, and business needs.

Leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting current and future-state processes.

Translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

Creating workflow diagrams, process documentation, and solution recommendations.

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and process optimization.

Assisting with the design, implementation, testing, and adoption of new systems and operational technology.

Supporting software development initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivering training, documentation, and change management support for new products and system enhancements.

Providing exceptional support to our Ōninites (internal employees), Teammates (our external employees), and clients.

Ideal Candidate1–2 years of experience in an IT Solutions, Business Systems, or similar technology-focused role.

Experience using technology to solve business or operational challenges.

Experience gathering business requirements and documenting workflows or processes.

Knowledge of business process improvement and systems implementation.

Experience collaborating with software developers or engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and connecting business applications.

Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
