Our client is a leading organisation within the Service Now ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract Service Now Architect with SPM / PPM in the USA or Canada - this will be a 6 months+ contract and will be 30 hours per week that may well extend. Onsite travel to San Diego for workshops will be required as and when.

Applicants need to possess the following skills :

• Service Now - 5 years+
• CSA - ESSENTIAL
• CIS X 2
• SPM - ESSENTIAL
• PPM
• Excellent communication or consultancy skills
• Ability to work independently

You will use your knowledge to gather requirements, conduct workshops, demo products, documentation and support. Also, you will configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys.

Rate - $100-115 per hour
