Lisinski Law Firm seeks an IT Helpdesk Technician to keep our team connected and productive. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, and staff, with a focus on timely, friendly service in a hybrid environment at our Dublin, Ohio office.
Reporting to the IT Helpdesk and Operations Manager, you will troubleshoot across Windows and macOS, manage user accounts, assist with security, and document incidents in HALO.
