Grays Harbor College is seeking a Student Help Desk Tech for Information Technology. This on-campus, part-time role (non-benefit) offers some work-from-home opportunities and a flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm–4:00 pm, up to 69 hours/month.
You will report to the Student Help Desk Manager and must be a current student. Responsibilities include handling support cases via Zoom, email, and phone; providing solutions; maintaining logs; and following FERPA guidelines.
