This is a remote contract opportunity for a Zoho CRM Expert responsible for optimizing CRM systems, improving business processes, and enabling teams to make better use of customer data. The role focuses on configuring, customizing, and maintaining Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin environments to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
