Seeking for a Technical Writer and this role involves ensuring that the Health Information Exchange Authority's process for executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements is well-organized and efficient. The Technical Writer will collaborate closely with business leads and partners to draft these documents and coordinate with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure all requirements are met.

The position also involves developing and maintaining a repository of all agreements and related documentation, ensuring alignment with programs and services. The Health Information Exchange Authority is part of the Department of Information Technology's Data Division, focusing on secure electronic exchange of health information and data-sharing initiatives.

• Extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements - 7 Years
• Familiarity with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably in the health IT sector - 5 Years
• Extensive experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint - 5 Years
• Familiarity with health IT programs and services, preferably related to interoperability and health information exchange - 5 Years
• Familiarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and other federal funding processes - 3 Years
