Blue Cross NC is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to help identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks from third-party vendors. You will advise stakeholders across procurement, information security, legal and compliance to ensure relationships align with risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
You will develop metrics, dashboards, and training to promote a strong TPRM culture, support audits, and provide visibility into risk exposure and program effectiveness across a hybrid work environment.
