Lead kickoff calls, coordinate deployments with IT, guide Day 1–Day 100 adoption, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth handoffs in a structured hybrid work model.
You will develop scalable onboarding playbooks, create self-service resources, and run group onboarding webinars for SMB and mid-market customers.
