The Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Technical Specialist is a highly skilled professional responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) and other internal or external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This position requires in-depth technical expertise in OIC components including Integration (ICS), Process (PCS), Visual Builder (VBCS), as well as experience with Oracle Cloud services such as REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BIP, and others.
The ideal candidate will be capable of designing secure, scalable, and efficient integrations, monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams.
Design and implement integrations leveraging OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, database, FTP/ERP connections, and BIP. Build cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises integrations utilizing OIC connectivity agents. Implement OIC functionality such as stage file operations, local integrations, wait functions, and fault handling. Manipulate large file transfers, including encryption and decryption, in FTP connections. Utilize SQL and basic PL/SQL for integration development and related tasks.
Create and test new integrations, resolve technical issues, and optimize existing interfaces.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain OIC integrations to ensure seamless connectivity and performance between Oracle ERP and associated applications. Deliver daily production support by troubleshooting integration errors, performing root‑cause analysis, and monitoring scheduled jobs and logs.
Documentation & CollaborationDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows and system integration architecture. Collaborate with functional/business teams to resolve integration and data issues, coordinating closely with ERP Support.
Project Leadership & Data MigrationLead integration projects from requirements gathering through solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Support data migration and integration processes using FBDI, HDL, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Job Qualifications Required- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years hands‑on experience with OIC integrations and related Oracle technologies.
- Strong knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, FTP/SFTP, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with third‑party and legacy systems.
- Understanding of security protocols and integrations (OAuth2, certificates, JWT).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Experience with OCI Streaming, Kafka, APIs, FTP/SFTP is advantageous.
- Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, results‑driven, and able to manage complex data requirements.
- Preferred Experience with Visual Builder (VBCS), Oracle PaaS, SOA, or CI/CD pipeline integrations.
- Oracle Cloud or related technical certifications.
Hybrid work environment that mixes in‑office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. In‑office hours are set by group Manager. Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but could require after‑hours and weekend work to complete projects on time. Travel as needed; up to 10%.
