IO Datasphere, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to deliver IT help desk support for about 5,000 users. You will handle password resets, account unlocks, Windows and macOS issues, VPN and M365 questions, printer assistance, and incident triage.
This role is remote in Minnesota with rare planned on-site meetings, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–5:00pm; contract for one year. You will document steps, escalate when needed, and contribute to a knowledge base while upholding security procedures.
