AttainX Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to support USDA APHIS trade systems (LAWGS, PCIT, VEHCS) under an O&M and DME contract.
The analyst will provide front-line tech support, guide users through eAuthentication, document resolutions, and escalate defects to development and O&M teams. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve user issues, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and maintain knowledge base content while prioritizing a high volume of tickets.
