Horizon3 is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Enterprise Technical Support Engineer to join our remote team. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues in cloud, networking, and security for enterprise customers, working across Linux, containers, and cloud platforms.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise support or cloud ops, strong Linux, Docker, Kubernetes skills, and familiarity with IaC and multi-tenant environments. This role offers fully remote work with travel up to 5%.
