xCures, a remote-first US company, seeks an AI Curation Data Scientist to advance data extraction, de-identification, and model training for structured EHR content and unstructured data. You will design software and AI models and lead data-set curation for LLM training.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver large-scale health data products, ensure PHI/PII compliance, and optimize performance. This is a fully remote role across the United States; some travel may be required.
