ROBO is seeking a Field Technician to deliver high-quality IT support across onsite service, hardware deployment, and remote ticket resolution in a fast-paced MSP. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, and core business apps both onsite and remotely, while maintaining real-time documentation in the ticketing system.
The role requires shifting between onsite work, hardware prep, and ticket resolution.
