AttainX Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1/2 support for LAWGS, PCIT, and VEHCS users in a remote capacity. You will log and triage incidents, troubleshoot authentication and access issues, and guide users through complex workflows within government systems.
You’ll contribute to knowledge bases and support release testing under an Agile/SAFe framework. Ideal candidates have IT/CS degrees or equivalent experience, 5+ years in help desk roles, and strong customer service skills.
