This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Measurement Science Manager II based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how businesses understand the impact of digital advertising through advanced analytics and experimentation.
You will design measurement solutions that uncover actionable insights using large-scale, first-party data and sophisticated statistical methodologies.
The position sits at the intersection of data science, marketing analytics, and strategic consulting, partnering with major advertisers and internal teams.
You will lead complex measurement initiatives that demonstrate campaign effectiveness and influence business decisions.

Accountabilities:

The Measurement Science Manager II will lead advanced analytics initiatives focused on advertising measurement, experimentation, and attribution. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders.

  • Design and execute advanced experiments, including A/B tests, holdout studies, and incrementality analyses, to measure advertising effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance and measurement strategies.
  • Develop innovative measurement frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytical tools tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with advertisers, agencies, sales teams, and internal cross-functional groups to solve complex measurement challenges and define strategic approaches.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
  • Lead educational sessions, discussions, and training initiatives to build confidence in experimentation and measurement methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance client value, and expand measurement capabilities through data-driven insights.
  • Apply AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive processes, and improve the quality and scalability of measurement solutions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines advanced analytical expertise with strong business judgment, communication skills, and experience applying experimentation methods to real-world business challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, measurement science, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising measurement, media analytics, marketing effectiveness, or experimentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of experimentation techniques, including A/B testing, holdout methodologies, incrementality measurement, and causal analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience building analytical solutions, dashboards, and self-service tools using platforms such as Tableau or Mode.
  • Ability to transform complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and strategic actions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, operate independently, and manage ambiguous problems.
  • Preferred experience with marketing mix modeling, Bayesian analysis, causal inference, attribution models, and ad measurement studies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and automation approaches to improve workflows is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary range based on location:
    • California, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey: $157,000 - $165,500 USD
    • Washington: $150,000 - $158,500 USD
    • Oregon, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Hawaii: $144,000 - $152,000 USD
    • All other states: $131,000 - $138,000 USD
