The analyst will provide front-line technical support, guide users through eAuthentication, document resolutions, and escalate defects to development and O&M teams to keep mission-critical systems available for a nationwide user community. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, triages tickets efficiently, and maintains knowledge bases.
