Role Description
We are seeking dynamic professionals for Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Economic Data Analyst roles within our Port Authority Infrastructure Engineering & PMO Opportunities. These contract roles are hybrid positions, primarily based in Jersey City, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing complex infrastructure programs or projects, monitoring budgets and timelines, analyzing data to provide actionable insights for decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Strong Program and Project Management skills, including proficiency in managing multiple initiatives and meeting deliverables.
- Strategic Analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Budgeting to manage financial resources and ensure adherence to project constraints.
- Proven ability to work effectively in both hybrid and on-site work environments.
- Experience with port authority or public infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
