LA28 in Downtown Los Angeles seeks an Associate, Specialized IT Support Technician (Executive) to deliver tier I-III helpdesk support for LA28 staff and contractors. You will maintain computer hardware, software, telephony, and AV systems while advancing stable, secure operations and user satisfaction.
The role requires 3+ years in helpdesk support, strong customer service orientation, and solid knowledge of Service Now, Azure AD, Office 365 and SaaS tools.
