You will handle workstation issues, MS Office products, password resets, and basic break/fix tasks; many tickets will be routed to another team, but you should be capable to restart software and diagnose PC hardware.
There is a two-week training mirroring an experienced service desk specialist to learn calls and POS issue resolution.
