Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Workstation Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot workstations and related equipment. You will provide end-user support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and help keep the IT environment efficient.
This 10-month W2 contract offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities include configuring devices, assisting with user accounts, DNS/AD/VPN familiarity, and documenting issues in a ticketing system.
